This Online Level 3 Food Safety course is ideal for Supervisors, Line Managers, Potential Managers and owners of small businesses who need an in-depth knowledge of food hygiene and safety.

Aim: The course expands on basic knowledge and gives a good understanding of food hygiene and safety issues and the prevention of food safety problems.

Objectives: To enable candidates to play an active part in food safety management within the organisation, to be equipped to effectively supervise food handlers on hygiene issues

 Course Duration: The course lasts for approximately 18 hours from start to finish. It is also possible to stop and start and complete the course is stages if required.

Assessment: Testing is continuous through the learning process; in the event of a question incorrectly answered the course will automatically take the learner back to the relevant section to ask the question again until this is correctly answered, and final multi-choice exam.

Certification:After the satisfactory conclusion of the course material the learner can download a certificate as evidence of the food safety course completion. You will also receive a Level 3 Food Safety certificate from OCN.
